If you have to drink (alcohol), what's it gonna be?

Just get a diet coke, etc. in a glass. I go to alot of parties (esp. this time of year) and no one notices or cares that the drink in my hand is non-alchoholic. Drinking while on is a complete waste. But if you want an excuse to drink, just go for it...your a big boy. Wait, did you just say you are 19 and on a cycle? Never mind bro, your not going to listen anyway.
"Healthy drinks", what a crock. Just like "light" cigarettes. Hey, got some "healthy" crystal meth for sale, with added ALCAR, L_Arginine and Vinctopene so you can really feel the pump!
 
might sound gay but i get a beer bottle and fill it with h2o..nobody has ever known...i just keep the same one and keep filling it up.

this sucks cuz i will be starting in 3 days. No drinking for me for the first time. Its gonna be my goal for 2 months till i hit PCT. Winter break, bye bye..

The girlie drinks (mike's whatever) have a substantially high alcohol content. I think most beers are relatively the same unless they are special brews.

If you're drinking to be socially accepted at parties or what not, I buy the crystal light ToGo packs and pour one in a glass of water as needed. It gives the appearance of drinking something when you're really not so no one asks questions. You could probably even get a tea or something like that and tell people it's a LIT.

I'm in your boat, I'm moving and starting a new job and the company buys beers and the team goes out for beers everynow and then. I'll be damn if I drink with my cycle so you hafta be prepared.

I always show up late with a crystal light in hand when everyone already drunk and go right up to the drunkest bitches and throw down.. :)

not to highjack you thread or anything peterson but i have a similar question regarding alcohol. i know how bad it can be messing up protein synthesis, but how much alcohol is needed to do that?? i've heard that a beer or two in a day isnt bad and may even be good because of some of the nutrients in the hops. is a few beers one night going to mess with protein synthesis?
 
If your gonna drink during your cycle you might as well get shitfaced, no sense in half-assing it although I wouldn't make a habit of doing this while on......
