M1T can give good gains, but seeing as how its gonna be illegal in a couple of weeks, id say.....

true just get some good ol HG deca/test/dbol.. you wont be sorry if your diet/training/sleep is in check.

Here's a crazy idea. If you already are unhappy with your bf% why not try to get that down before using any aas? Forget the clen for this, it's too catabolic if you are not taking steroids with it. Try something like T-rex along with a reduced calorie diet and an ass load of cardio. In a couple of months you should have no trouble getting down to where you want to be.
(provided of course you're not already very over weight).

After you get your bf down to where you want it, it will be much easier to gauge your cycle as far as lean muscle gains. Once you're ready to cycle, just go with a clean bulking cycle. You could run either the test/EQ or the test/deca for this. As long as the diet is kept clean you shouldn't have to worry about yoyo'ing up and down with your body fat.
Plus you have the clen on hand for the end of a cycle just in case you get a little sloppy with your diet.

I'll do a clean bulk, as I put on muscle fairly easy. Then the hard part comes of cleaning up the diet even more in wk 11/12 until the end of time...lol So thanks to all for your help, and I 'll let you know how it turns out.....Fire

Thats a long cycle! And i thought my 6 monthPHASE cycle was crazy, youre talking about being completely shut down for 6 months str8!

Well, this will be my third cycle. My first two put me at 235 w/ 12-13% bf after one year and i'm only 5' 11". The major problem was (check my other threads and PLEASE let me know if you can tell what I did wrong) that although I'd spoke with my trainer, a nutritionist, and fellow bodybuilders, I could not find a way to cut up correctly. Whenever I went to cut up (Jan 15 or so of 2004) initially I lost mostly fat and was down quite a bit. But then, I started losing "weight" instead of fat. My nutritionist, trainer, and even the guys I trained with looked at my diet and All agreed it was VERY good. But oh well. I guess some people will always be small but ripped and others will always be big, but smooth. But back to what I was saying.... My first cycle was Test @ 250/500 and deca @ 300 for 10 wk. Then I went to Test 500 and EQ 400 for 12 wk. Both were a success, however I was like everyone else, thinking I would BLOW UP when in actuality, I just learned how to diet right and add mass. But if you can let me know what I should do when I lean up @ the midway point of all of this, PLEASE let me know. I'm not one of those assholes that gets pissed when people try to help. So thanks again for all the advice....Fire
 
I would ask these questions in the diet section then. You obviously know how to cycle, it sounds like you need diet help.

Or I'm stupid and dont know what you want.
 
LOL....you're right, I've got the mass diet down. But could Certainly use some help with a cutting diet. Thanks again for all of your help...My cycle's officialy planned and now I've got a few weeks to plan out the diet starting around week 11......thanks...Fire
