Vit C
B Vitamin Comples
Multi Vitamin
Triple Threat Prot Powder
Creatine Powder
Creatine with Sugar Mix
Glutamine
Flax Seed Oil
Milk Thistle
Evening Primrose Oil


I lift 3x per week including doing Events after one of those sessions. Getting ready for Nationals in October...putting a plan together.

Any thoughts???

Protein and glutamine post workout, to facilitate recovery and aid in glycogen compensation. You can also use the protein throughout the day whenever you feel you need to take in a higher amount. Creatine should be used on a specific loading phase (I have to find it for you.) All others can be taken throughout the day. I would add the flax to my protein, but not post workout. Creatine and sugar, you can throw out.
 
i will help you out with the ones i know:

i think you should take the vitamins and the flax oil in the morning.

once you wake up you will be depleted of the nutrients so thats a good way to kick start the day.

i would take the protein after your workout and before bed

add one thing though....... potassium.......... take the creatine, potassium, and glutamine together right after workout....... Glutamine first, creatine second, then about 2-300 potassium pills.

Here's a little known one, try throwing down 1000mg of vitamin C right after you train, it helps to cut donw on soreness. I don't remember the exact details, but it has something to do with cutting down on the free radicals running through the body after a workout, which have a lot to do with muscular soreness
 
Vit C --> 500mg in the morning & 500mg at night
B Vitamin Comples -->
Multi Vitamin ---> one in the morning
Triple Threat Prot Powder ---> post-workout and to fill some protein when I know there will be no time to do a specific meal
Creatine Powder ---> on bulking, in breakfast... remembering to consider loading phases.
Glutamine ---> one teaspoon post workout and another two hours after

I would also add Vit E 500iu in the morning and 500iu at night

I get stuff from time to time from a "friend" at Met-Rx. They send me some samples of things to try...used to be a big MyoPlex fan.

Here is what I did in prep for my last contest.

Vit C - 500-1,000mg post workout and anytime I sneezed
B Vitamin Comples - 1 tablet with breakfast (and a lot of water)
Multi Vitamin - 1 with breakfast and after event training
Triple Threat Prot Powder - 1 scoop breakfast, 1 scoop at bedtime, 2 scoops post workout...all with milk. (20g prot per scoop)
Creatine Powder -10g during workouts mixed with powerade
Creatine with Sugar Mix - 6-12g post workout
Glutamine - Night Fly just recently gave me some to try...
Flax Seed Oil - Mixed with all prot shakes, 1 tbsp
Milk Thistle - 2-4 caps per day (helps with dehydration)
Evening Primrose Oil - 1-2 gels per day (helps with dehydration)

Few questions...

Why not use flax post workout?

How important is what time of day you take your vitamins?

Is there a large importance put on additional potassium other than what I get from a multi vitamin?

What is Uncle Udo's?

I think that I have some V2G laying around that is expired...worth taking?

Why take glutamine post workout AND 2 hours later?

How important is loading creatine?

Why add additional Vit E?
