Good point above. I have a friend that is 5-6% year round, without dieting. Isn't huge, but pretty big, not bad for eating garbage all the time.

This post makes me sick.

baza, sorry bro, but I've got to call you on this bullshit. 1. Most people (including people on this board) have no idea how low 5% body fat is. 2. NOBODY eats shit to get that low.
SOmeone who is truely at 5% body fat generally has paper-thin skin, with striations and veins everywhere. If you tell me you can see, from 10 feet away, veins running through your friend's 8-pack almost year round, and you see him passing out alot, I might concede that he is 5-7% bodyfat.

Actually bro, I'm one of those people. As long as you are running clen, T3, and GH with your cutting stack. I eat like shit and when I did my last cutting cycle last year (winny, prop, eq) along with those 3 mentioned above I went down to 4.75% and I'm normally 7-8% year round.

BTW if I was 200 or 220 lbs I'ld shoot myself first and then worry about the fat %!! lol J/K

Obviously there are some tricks that I have not learned yet. I have found, in my case, when I am below 9% I have a hard time gaining..I may have hit 6 once but 7 usually was good enough to compete. At 7% there was no way that I was making gains, I could maintain my lean mass, but not increase it. I was always just tired..and zoned out at very low bodyfat percentages. My hat is off to the ones that say they are 5-7% year around, if it works for you then great! Personally, I would rather hover in 9-10%, I make much better gains there.

I'd rather be 20lbs heavier with 12%BF. When my BF is low(I've never been at 5% either)my immune system is pathetic and I have no energy. I'd just feel way better at 12%... that's where I'm at right now: 195lbs at 12%.

I'm 220 at 13%. Maintaining 5% would be difficult for me. I like the way I look, six pack, good seperation of muscles. When I go on I look to add alittle more muscle without increasing BF too much. Diet would have to be too strict to get that low without diet drugs which I won't use.

I'm 5' 7.5", 197lbs right now and about 8-10% BF. I love being lean, and can't imagine getting above 12-15% BF again.....ever. I'm trying to get down to around 6-7% and hopefully maintain that BF indefinitely threw strict dieting, training, and cardio.
