No and no. It wouldn't make sense to do that. You lose anything that you won and your endorsement contracts.

Since I'm an average joe and I still don't admit to it (only with my buddies who use as well) why would i do it if i became famous. So that the media could rip you apart and call you a cheater, a loser, and a drug user. No my friend, you would lose everything. Endorsements, teamates, and probably your chance of continuing to play a sport.

If you're asking if after their career is over, they would admit it, I guess that depends what they have to lose or gain by admitting it.
