like 8-10% bodyfat what diet is better....lowfat balanced diet or ketogenic diet? i am wondering because most people seem to be fat who use the keto diet and they lose weight. but people who already have a 6 pack (maybe alittle cloudy) is low fat diet better?

Depends.

If you're trying to get below say 8%, you'd pretty much have to go on a keto-type diet. But if you're looking to maintain, or even bulk, you'd benefit from a mod-carb kinda diet.

Like he said- to maintain go with the low fat balanced diet and to get more cut i'd think you'd have to go keto...

cycle your cals

do under 20 carbs and under 30 fats for 2 days then bump up to 150-200 carbs and under 30 fats for the third day and repeat

do cardio but not too much
