I did rows last week...3 sets of 10, overhand. 135, 185, 275 x 10...little rest too. Gonna do them again soon too:)

I'm back up to 225 on my rows... I'm going to attempt 275 this week... my shoulder should be able to hold up... it felt really good on 225 on flat bench for 10 reps...

Rehabbing your shoulder is a love/hate relationship...

I am gonna jump in here;

last DE Lower day we did rows;

my last set was a continuous burn out set with 135 and it went like this;

135 X 15 (pronated)
135 X 15 (supinated)
135 X 1 barbell curl

I haven't done curls since ME Bicep lololololo

Row's, deads and chins... all you need to build a huge back. Gotta love the rows. Infact, I was gonna put off my chest/back workout until tomorrow, but I feel like going at it today. Time to row!
 
this is my new split

day1: pecs
day2: chest
day3: pectorials
day4: bench
day5: flys
day6: bench
day7: upper body
 
Dude, I think you have too much lower body in that split. Unless you are doing flat benches, then you should be alright. But stay away from an PL type stuff. Cause you may inadvertenly use your lower body.
 
Day 1 Incline DB Bench, Incline Flyes
Day 2 Preacher Curls
Day 3 Pec Deck, Cable Crossovers
Day 4 DB Curls
Day 5 Flat Bench, Flat Flyes
Day 6 Tricep kickbacks
Day 7 cheat curls
Day 8 Repeat
 
At the gyms I've been to, it seemed like most everyone was on a split like that. 150 pound guys doing kickbacks and cable crossovers.
 
But of course, you should let them know that they are stupid. If they doubt you, just point them to this website and they will see that there is a NATO alliance of cable crossovering leprechauns trying to steal your karma. Then they will undoubtledly straighten up.

you guys can do all the curl days you want bro- personally I know that is all bull$hit compared to ME dumbell flys day...

I love when the guy who is doin ME cable crossovers OR ME pec dec gives me the "i'm a tough guy" look...

I am going to go hit some heavy 135 shrugs on the smithy right now.. I would like to keep balance in my physique...
