In your life, where you feel you were in the your best physical condition.....when was it...?? Now?? 21?? 25?? 30??

For me it was 29, only two years ago, but it feels like a lifetime. :(

Best shape, probably at 21.

so you actually had some size back then?

That's when
<------------- that pic was taken.....it's been a battle since to maintain the size without the "supplementation".

And props to you Radar, I hope when I'm 43 let alone 53, I look half as good as I did then, or you do now.

i'm doing pretty good right now....

by the end of this coming summer i plan on looking like arnold.....we'll see how that goes

18 years old, summer after my senior year of highschool. 2.5 years ago

Sweet......better work on your talking like an Austrian......."with the this's and that's and all of these things".

I'd have to say I look better now, at almost 37 y/o, than I have at any other point in my life, physiquewise.

Sometimes I miss my ass-length hair though. Especially when playing.

Have to say anywhere between 20-25. It wasnt that I was huge, but that I was hard as hell and could do anything I wanted, whenever I wanted. I'll probably be bigger this year than I ever was, but I dont think Ill ever get back that accompanying health/energy/vitality

I physically feel my best now.. Diet... Training.. has never been better.

I'm competing in July... Its My plans to look my best then. ;)

39...

Scaired to turn 40 and was going to the Gym 5 days a week, every week,
either lifting or doing Cardio..

Then I screwed my Knee up and turned into a Fat Ass bastage

Coming up... i am smarter now.

In my best shape ever? naaaahhh... but soon. very. and then some.

i'm happy now, 30 days to my 29th birthday :)

But i feel i will be happier in a month.. (I just chose a random day.. not sure why)

35. Last year, now I have'nt worked out in 2 -3 months and counting. Just stopped everything cold turkey and let me tell you, it sucks.

Also, when I was younger I had a different type of build. Very low BF but not as big. You could say at 25-27 I was my best if you don't count being "bigger".

The best IMO though, is 35. THAT seems like a lifetime ago. What have I done?

Well for me it would be 2 yrs ago at 30yr (in the avatar) heaviest at 192lbs and less than 10% BF....took off working out since October and sitting at 195lbs...so will try to eat more clean food and lower the BF at the same time..

Yeah....my build prior to "supplementation" was already rather large and lean, sometimes I wish I could go back and never have touched a thing (or that maybe my body would not have responded so well) . It's hard accepting the loss of size, pumps, and overall freakiness. I am slowly morphing back into my old self. :(

I was never "Huge" but I can understand what you're saying. You may have forgotten what it's like to be nimble and "light". Maybe that would be a good thing. Good luck. That stage of your life is passed. "been there, done that" sort of thing. and You've "done that" rather well I might add. Impressive physique.

Well, if I could choose that point, I wouldn't.

Mainly because at the time I was growing like a weed, it was because I was constantly pissed off all the time. While my gym time was going good, the rest of my hours were not.

This past spring. I'm getting back on track now, only slowed down b/c I had surgery on my shoulder. I expect to be in my best shape ever by summer.

19 years old. Tech school in the military. 5'9", 185lbs, 5%bf. 5:11 mile, 144 push-ups in 2 min, 33 pul-ups, 165 sit-ups in 2 min. Oh those were the days!

it varies bor.

At 19 I was the eptiome of a college basketball player; lightning quick, lean, 40 inch vertical, and endurance all day. Strong? not really.

At 23 I was an Army infantry officer with limitless endurance. I was less of a sprinter, a little bit less ripped, but one tough mofo who never got tired.

At 26 I was lifting the whole gym. I was 265 pounds, strong as fuck, pretty lean too. Bench, squat, deadlift; there was not enough iron in all of GA for me. Cardio more or less went out the window though.

At 29 I am strong, though not nearly as strong as at my peak. I am 235, lean, and I do lots of cardio.

So I miss my 19 year old body. But things are pretty good now too.
