If trenbolone doesn't give you testosterone, how does it work?

It's the anabolic nature of steroids that build muscle more than the androgenic components. And Tren is very anabolic -- among having other factors. And there are still things about tren that are a mystery since it's a vet steroid and never officially studied for human use.
huh? tren is derived from testosterone like every other anabolic steroid. its a hormone!!
anabolic = grow/get bigger/grow muscle

All steroids are derived from testosterone but many will not increase T levels since the suppression will override the increase in androgen.
exactly but I think the OP thinks high T levels means huge muscles and strength. if that was true all the old farts who are on TRT I play poker with would all be as huge and strong as me. it doesn't work like that
its 5X more androgenic and anabolic
however we have to be careful what things are on paper aren't always what they appear. in this case I would say it is lol.
halo is 13X more androgenic than test.
