If the USA or Israel attacks Iran, oil will be over $200.00 a barrel

Why would either country preemptively strike another country?

So you're saying because of Israel, we're getting fucked?

Our relationship with them for some reason has pretty much been obligatory ever since the end of WWII.

As long as the major oil companies are the major contributors to the Presidential campaigns , alternative energy sources will not be fully exploited due to the fact that that oil companies lobby against it..

There's got to be a limit to how exploitable capitalism can be. Unfortunately we've certainly crossed it.

If oil gets to $200 things will change. Personally, I can afford $10 a gallon for gasoline and I would be willing to pay that if it would force the auto industry and other industries to start making more efficient vehicles and sources of power.
That is exactly what they want.. they want to squeeze as much money out of you as they can....... until there is nothing left

How much did oil go up after Israel blew up Iraq's nuclear reactor?
The point is this: Before we invaded Irag, oil was $39 dollars a barrel.. Now its $100.00 a barrel... Now if we go and invade the number 2 exporter of the worlds oil , it will have a devastating effect on the price, guaranteed.

exxon's share holders will make a ton of money.

Cuts both ways. If every house had solar power, people in the oild industry wouldn't have jobs. It's like when people said "computers will take or jobs!" then we said well, we need people to fix the computers.

you do realize that the oil industry in this country are a bunch of suits........right? They're middle men...........they buy oil from other countries and then resell it here. So the U.S switching to altnernative fuel sources won't affect any jobs here in the states except for some businessmen that can move very well laterally in the workplace anyway.

it would be great if oil hit 200 a barrel

...if you already owned the rights to the oil

...and made the same $ refining it anyway

...because you just passed the cost on to the idiot consumer

just sayin
