well if you strength increases this means that muscle size is also increasing right? cause i dont think you will ever see i guy who weighs 60kg bench more than 200kg

what you guys think?

Yes you can increase strength without increasing muscle mass. Has to do with innervation and nerve firing capacity.

The record in the 168 weight class for bench is over 500 lbs.

A lot depends on

1) How much the lifter increases their technical performance
2) How "technical" the lift is
3) If they are lifting to be able to use more weight on the exercise or lifting in the exercise to stimulate muscle growth

you can increase strength without size. but by and large it's a safe assumption that if your strength increases and you are consuming more cals than you burn (including a substantial amount of protein and carbs) then your size should increase too.

diet is more important in gaining size. When I was like 21 or so I was putting up 305 3 times, I went to air assault school with this TINY phillipino guy that was putting up 350 6 times. This guy was like 5'4 or 5 maybe 130 soak and wet. It was weird to watch him out lift me at 6'0 210.
