they'd a shot my ass and sent me to the glue factory. I can't seem to stay healthy.
2 months ago:
Stress causes me to get a nice case of shingles(look it up, it sucks) Not that bad, but bad enough.
3 weeks ago:
Heavy bench day(for me). Second rep with 275 and then POP! something cracked. Right on the top of my shoulder near where the collar bone meets the shoulder joint.
7 days ago:
Just get done with my martial arts class. Lots of kicks into weighted bags. As soon as I leave, my low back flares up so bad, it hurts to touch my toes or stand up straight.
4 days ago:
Running sprints. I'm doing my last 110m sprint. 10m from the finish BLAM! pulled my right hammy.
today:
Tried to do legs. HAHAHAHAHA! What the fuck was I thinkin?????? Between my low back and pulled hammy I could barely squat 265 with a belt.
 
I know everyone says this but, I do warm up better than most people I know, especially on heavy days. For instance, that day at martial arts, I stretched for 15minutes prior to class. All lower body. My sprint day I warmed up with stretching, jogging, and then took several (at least 8) sprints gradually increasing my speed before even attempting to reach a real sprint pace.

That sucks man. I really don't know what else to tell ya but rest it some.
