where does the screen image get saved?

if this is a serious question, then it depends on what operating system you are using. Usually, a dialog box will pop up asking you where to save it and what to call it. AT least my Fedora linux does. DOn't know about windows, don't care.

I can't get mine to work either.

I push the key and nothing happens.

if u have a printer it prints it and you have to use a scanner to get it onto your computer

u gotta open the image viewer you use and then paste the iamge u have 'print screen into there..
