If cost wasn't a concern...
While on a cycle, would it be wise to live off of MRPs as opposed to eating whole foods?
Last cycle I had 3 a day (easy source of 210g protein) and also had a protein bar once a day. I made great gains but a lot of people say whole foods are very important.
