no when your pissing and you try to stop to flow....your prostate with start to "charlie horse" or cramp causing mild to very pain full feelings

I thought winstrol would not enlarge your prostate unless it was taken in conjuction with somthing that aromitized. I know it's a dht dirivative, but I though that estrogen must be present to cause the enlargement of the prostate gland.
