Dealing with a customer issue regarding a new machine we put in. The client is trying to do something and the machine is doing what it is supposed to do, but the clients email server is screwing it up. We have been in several times with varying levels of techs and have piles of evidence to prove this.
Their idiotic IT person (not even IT, he's a WAN/LAN guy) refuses to accept this even when presented with all of the evidence. Today sitting across from me he started claiming that we misrepresented ourselves from the beginning even though they never even said they were going to be doing this process in the first place. I wanted to go across the table and choke him.
Stupid fat lazy IT douchebag who won't do his job and has been sitting at a computer scarfing donuts for 20 years is determining who's right and wrong. I'm fully ready to go in there next time and tell him he's a fat idiot who needs to learn how to do his job. Never mind that this is a total waste of my time.
