Ideas for diet and routine

What going of fellas looking for some good healthy ways to add some dimension to my diet and routine.

I’m eating 4 times a day small meals
Breakfast - half cup whole grain oatmeal 2 egg whites
Mid morning – half cup wild rice and half a chicken breast
Lunch- (post workout) muscle milk or cyto gainer
Mid afternoon- half cup wild rice and 6-8oz venison
Snack. Lunch meat, tuna something like that

Mon/ chest and back
Tue / cardio wrestle
Wed / bi’s tri’s
Thu/ cardio wrestle
Fri / legs and shoulders

Vitamins: 100% hole food multi vitamin by mega food
And ultra omega 3-6-9 Borage-fish-flax
 
Stats? Height/weight. What are your goals? I ask because you are not eating much food at all. In fact I eat for meal 1 what you eat combined for your first 3 meals.
 
6'1'' 256 i want to be a lean 230 BF12% im at around 25%BF worked out on and off sice i was 15 curntly 19 almost 20 have been back into it for about 2 months as of now.
