Zyglamail you can also do your curls on the cable machine and add weight to the pin if long enough. I know of people who do this and works well with straight bar or one arm..i personally dont use the cables for curls i dont like the feel of the motion i have to adjust to but i have seen others do that about the adding weight to the pin ordeal...just a thought to increase your reps with heavier weight...might even add as a side exercise to build strength for a quick dumbell move up say do the cable thing on a 3 day split with another exercise.
