Ideal IGF levels?

What is the ideal level for igf-1? I had some blood work done. Everything looked ok except this. It seemd very low as far as I could tell. If I remember correctly the scale went from like 115-273 and I was at 117. I'm all natural for done.

I was 337 with a rang of 115-307. That was while on 4iu /ed. I'll have labs showing what 2iu's does soon. Without gh, I am very low.

Hmm. Thanks. Was there a difference in physical appearance between when you had high and low levels?

No, but I could cheat a little more when they were high. Even when they were low I was carefull not to go over 10%bf. On, I could get down to 8% easier. Any bro's I know in the higher bf range don't really notice a difference. Except for well being improvements.
