Idea for those with a sweet tooth.

Sugar free jello, any flavor (gelatin) and cool whip free. Jello has ZERO sugar, ZERO carbs, and ZERO fat. Basically flavored water. Cool whip has ZERO fat, ZERO sugar and only 3 carbs per 2 tablespoons, which is a decent amount of cool whip. Very tasty. I have a major sweet tooth and this usually helps a bit...good luck.
 
I’m really bad and have been on a down hill spiral since Halloween,

I will try some of your recommend choices, but I have found that if I can go cold turkey for 30-60 day in conjunction with a serious diet and cutting cycle I LOSE my appetite for sweets.


My appetite is more like a compulsion when it comes to sweets, I can go one day without and all of a sudden I stop and buy 3 snickers.
 
I also eat the sugar free jello,it feels like you are cheating but is doing no harm to your diet!Crystal light also helps with sweet cravings with no calories or carbs.
 
Just take jello and inject 2cc of liquid winstrol in the center it make great snack and you'll get pretty ripped.

LOL... you crack me up, bro...since halloween. anybody eat candy after the workout? it helps w/ the cravings plus it releases insulin.
 
I got a really bad sweet tooth and the thing that saves me are apples. I know it sounds corny but it works really well for me, it has become like a treat to eat one, plus apples are great for general health anyways and they give you a lot to chew on for relatively little calories
 
Shit, man, if you have a sweet tooth you can't control, you need to reprioritize. I bought 17 bags of after Easter candy sale and I can't wait to rip into these fuckers. Just drop carbs and you won't be hungry. If its hard to do, you might not really want it. KNOW- you want to eat to gain, KNOW you want to lose, KNOW you want to build. Do what you really want to do.
