Hello everybody.
I'm 32 years old and have been lifting consistently for about 2 years.I'm 5'11 and 208 lbs.I think my bodyfat count is around 13% and have been eating pretty good(chicken,fish,and lots of turkey)except for the weekends when i slip up.I like to gain some xtra mass but without gettin swollen up.
My first cycle was straight winstrol depot.Made some good gains and got pretty shredded. Now I'm going for round 2. Here are my ingredients Deca qv200, sus 250 and winstrol depot.Enough for 10 weeks.How and what should I mix?Deca/sus or win/sus or all three?Also should I just do 8 weeks?
I been reading the board for a while and see that you have given much needed help to others and are a good group to talk to.
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
