I'm a bit skeptical. I know lots of brutally huge and strong people who live on Ibuprofen, so it can't be hurting their gains that much. Also, I wonder if it's effect on protein synthesis is temporary, that is, it delays protein synthesis for a few hours but then after that the protein synthesis occurs anyway as it normally would.

Also, I tend to take aspirin personally, any studies on that?
