Iam 6'3 258 at 10% bf. Iam 20 have been lifting since I was 14. I life and die to train every day. do abs cardio in morning 3 time a week. good deit. Have been look at different cycles but iam lost. Would like to add muscle I can cut thru diet
 
You need to post more information, like specifics on diet, what your training is like.... And 20 is pretty young to be considering steroids, why do you think you need them? Please give us more info for a proper answer- :)
 
At 20 years old on this forum you might get alot of ...... hurry up and wait a few more years :(

What your issue ? have you stopped making forward progess training naturaly or do you just think steriods in the next progression .

With your current stats i'd have to say your doing pretty well right now .. why the need for drugs
 
4 day split day1 chest/bys day2 back/trys day3 shoulders/ grip strenght day4 legs.

meals: 1 9 eggs 6 whites two whole grain toast
2 shake
3 8-10 oz lean beef 1 cup rice
4 8-10 oz chicken with 3cup greens
5 6 egg whites 1 cup otmeal
6 repeat meal 3or4
7 shake
would like to take next step. Think about deca,D-bol,test,
 
i say at that height/weight you can start if you want....those are some pretty spectacular numbers to be at 10%BF and be natural bro.....but you never really asked a question
