About the 100% accuracy part, I can tell by the trailer that is not true. In actuality, men who were crucified were not nailed to the cross in that manner.

Ill still see it though simply because Im a big fan of Gibson and the film was very important to him.

That and the position of the legs. The nail is actually placed through the heels with the legs bent at an angle. Im only nitpicking on this because Gibson said that it would be accurate biblically and historically.

Yes, I understand this, I’m not arguing your point, nor do I know why you posted all that.
But I will say your wrong about not hating the very idea of god; it goes a lot further than just separating him from other things. They preach evolution in public school as if it was a fact(with tax payers money I might ad. what about the majority that don’t believe in evolution?) but yet a kid will get suspended for bringing his own bible into school with him wtf? or better yet, remember the whole deal about the two kids geting "CAUGHT" praying on public school grounds.

My point was that these same people will attack theaters that show this film. it’s a public theater, why should there be Christianity in a public theater? get my point now?

because your talking about PUBLIC schools, which means its for ALL americans, NOT just CHRISTIAN americans, so if you have the christian bible in school, you also need to have the Old Testament, the Quoran, the teachings of the Buddha, the paths of Hindus, etc.

People don't hate god. They ARE disgusted by what man has done with the good teachings of all religions: most of all Christians and Muslims.

The school things is pragmatic. We dont have enough hours in the day to teach religion fairly (that means ALL religions) so dont teach any.

You want your kids to get their dose of bible sugar? Do it at home, do it in christian afterschool programs paid for by the church or christian community, DO IT AT CHURCH ON SUNDAY. Just dont do it in school that is paid for by by the state through our tax dollars.

Church. State. Seperate for good reason. You want to live in a country that doesn't seperate church and state? Move to Israel.
