Torn knee tendon has sidelined me for about 6 weeks NO GYM

Any suggestions on what to eat while I am laying on my back watching TV.

Not that easy will be in a locked out brace for 6 weeks.There is no give to the brace is straight outward.

Tore a tendon. I wish I could train after week 1 but I dont think so.

just have to come back and hit the gym hard when your knee is better.

eat very clean to help avoid a rise in BF
possibly a low carb diet
no junk food

ahhhh im sorry man that sucks.....we all go through set backs in this game every now and then, but yea keep diet clean let that tendon heal up
