Actually, it was pretty cool, some of the women there were ripped and some just look fit. That is how I want to look; fit, not ripped and bulky, you know?
The women's competion looked fierce when I watched it, I mostly looked at the guys lifting though.

There was one woman who was spotting another in the lifting competition and she looked so manly it was scary.
