Okay, new recipe.

Nutella and banana triple decker

Took 3 slices of Hawaiin bread, dipped in egg batter. Grilled it.

Spread each layer with nutella and thinly sliced bananas and stack.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar

nutella has 10000 calories

OMG fellas. Go make it. So good you will cry and watch lifetime movies.

What's nutella?
It is like peanut butter, except it is made with hazelnuts and has cocoa in it. So, it tastes like chocolate and hazelnuts. It is the best thing ever made. Go buy some. So good you'd slap your momma for more.

I had oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein

workout

postworkout shake

got a blowjob

chicken veggies and potatoe

roast potatoes and mushrooms

pudding cup

Sounds good, but aren't you suppose to be craving stuff like pickles n' ice cream?

oh my, that sounds amazing! I love Nutella!
OMG blueta. you can't even imagine how good it was.

I like to spread a little on graham crackers for a snack.

I may try that this weekend. I always eat Nutella with bananas but never did it with a "french toast" format!
Oh good god, I'll have to work out like a fool for this ;-)

so many calories eh?

I never looked at the cals - but I will say this - it is the only food product I have zero ability to say no to.

Worse - it's a migraine trigger for me.

I have nearly sucked down a whole jar before... scary shit.

My better half loves it on pizzella cookies with ice cream so there's jar over at his mom's house for when we make them.

It's pathetic of me really but I love it.
:worried:

Hawaiin bread is great. My favorite - Chhhhhhhhhhala. LOL ;)

It doesn't cause migraines for me.

It does, however, cause me to eat half a jar in one day. :worried:

hawaiin bread is PERFECT for making french toast. LOVE it.

Nutella is the devil incarnate. It's amazing how something can be so good and yet so evil.
Bow down to Nutella, resistance is futile!

yes. i think heroine would be easier to kick.

Nutella is the worst shit ever invented... if you think chocolate is the predominant ingredient... read the label...

SUGAR, followed by oil

far below comes chocolate (or cocoa solids)... you want to have the same, drink half a jug of flax oil and wash it down with some corn syrup...

at least the flax is good and not the cheap hidrogenated oil they use

It is just like peanut butter made with hazelnuts instead of peanuts with some cocoa thrown in.

ummmm...i'm not reading the label.

It is LOVE. Don't mess with true love...lol.

what so special about them?

btw, nutella is as caloric dense as normal chocolate or nuts (about 600 cals/100 grs)

eat a steak instead

Steak doesn't taste good on french toast with bananas.

Just sayin'

UGH!

Sickos. You guys are CRAZY.

I just have to find someone who likes my ample nutella induced curves. I'm not giving up the nutella.

The chicken shake was just something i tried yesterday. Im having problems eating my chicken without spending an hour chewing it. Just cause ive been eating it for too long. So im gonne change it with something else, but i have a couple of kilos left that needs to be eaten. I tried fried chicken, and fun light. It was bad, but the worst part was that the chicken wasnt completely cooled off. So I got a luke warm chicken shake haha.

That sounds horrendous.

How about making chicken salad with grapes and cashews and using non-fat yogurt instead of mayo. Put some salt and fresh rosemary (finely chopped) into it and serve it over a bed of greens.

Good stuff, baby!

girl, your ample curves are currently more baby-induced than anything else.

and nutella is nothing like peanut butter. Is made out of SUGAR and oil (in that order) with hazelnuts thrown in for marketing's sake (as an afterthought).

They sell a cheap variety here, with NO hazelnuts and NO chocolate, that tastes exactly like the original... imagine that... simply liquefied fat and sugar

Just keep at it and you can look forward to having an ass like a racehorse....dear God woman.....I imagine your OBGYN prolly recomended gaining 18-24 lbs throughout your pregnancy not 60-105 lbs......... :worried:

Steak does not go well on French toast with Bananas ;-) I don't any red meat ;-)
Yes nutella is high in cals and fat, but don't you ever spoil yourself?

My OB/GYN says I am perfectly fine, haven't gained too much. =-)

Even with my occassional endulgences, I'm not usually eating more than 1500-1800 cals/day. He said it is okay, occassionally, as long as I eat good stuff too.

Sweet of you to worry about my racehorse booty though. It was like that before I got pregnant. :lmao:

Ah, well, best tasting oil and sugar combo ever! I rarely ever buy it. Maybe once or twice a year. When I do, it is like heaven until the jar is gone.

MrMuscle said:

Oh, well let me tell you how, honey.

tear or cut up a chicken or chicken breasts into large chunks (don't overcook your chicken or it will be too dry and chewy)

add 1/2 c. seedless grapes (halved)

add 1/4 c. chopped cashews

add enough non-fat yogurt until it is moist

add juice from one lemon

add about a T of fresh rosemary chopped

salt to taste.

give it a stir.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and scoop the chicken stuff on top of it.

Yum!

I feel you...I just didn't want to see you on an episode of Cops....standing outside the trailer park in a moomoo holding your baby while some drunk slacker in a wife beater is explaining to the cops why he's throwing your fat ass out........ :worried:

I could fix the brother up if he were here. I would make it into a turkey, rice and mushroom soup that would make him propose. I'm a good cook.

Kiss me. =-)

Description:

Too much is not enough, when it comes to this chocolate flavoured hazelnut spread. It can make anything taste good and the best things taste unbelievable. Bread, a rye cracker, fruit, a Parisian crepe, a teaspoon, or simply your very own finger - whatever is at hand, you'll be tempted to dip it into this pot of sinful creamy goo.

The brand is pretty significant too, because imitations don't always get the hazelnut side of the equation right. (Trader Joe's own brand chocolate hazelnut spread is no comparison, for example.)

Explain to me how it has 9 grams of fat, but none listed under the total? Also explain to me how 36g of the 37g serving manages to actually have calories in it? That makes no sense what-so-ever. Are you to tell me this product is 97% calorie dense? Impossible.

And how is it possible this doesn't contain ANY calories, even though it contains protien, carbs, and fat?

You fail at making fake labels.
