yeah diet is 80-85% of the equation...10% training..5% supps/rest/water etc etc...listen to shootfighter...i competed against this guy he's a great competitor...overall winner of the 2005 nabba nationals...

This has got to be someone's alter fucking with us seeing as how it's the time of the year for these posts to come around. All he would have had to do was add a p.s. with "Can I drink winny?" or "What is 50 cent taking?" to make this post the ultimate in discussion board cliches lol. Entertaining none the less. If you happen to be serious please don't do steroids yet, trust me you'll regret it. I did them too early and I was way farther along than you are.

I thought it was totally obvious that this was the case and was wondering why it was such a long thread. It was probably posted by one of the "drama queens" just to get some shit going. The thread is funny as hell, though, so K to the threadstarter......who ever you are.
