I want legs!!

I have thin legs,
I want to have nice legs w/ muscle and calves,
I cant really seem to get some mass in them.
Ive been doing leg workouts for about 4 months now,
which include squats, lunges, calf raises, leg extensions, leg curl, and other ones that I have no idea what the names for them are, lol.

the only difference ive seen is in my thighs, they look really toned and fuller but down there in the calve area they are really thin,
I dont know what to do.
any advice?

Monday is leg day for me,
so I will list yesterdays workout.

squats w/ 15 lbs about 5 sets of 10
Standing Calf Raises 5 sets of 15
Seated Calf Raises 5 sets of 15
Lying Leg Curls 5 sets of 10
Leg Press 5 sets of 10

My meals are usually the same thing

* Protein shake for breakfast

* Subway sandwich for lunch (closest to my college)

* 1 can of tuna and a small bowl of Kashi Go Lean Cereal

* Protein Shake

* A bowl of Oatmeal w/ Raisins and fruit (usually a banana)

* Protein Shake before bedtime

Lower the sets to 3, and the reps to between 6 to 8, and go HEAVY with the weight.

......keep tut to 40 seconds minimum though

Wow! Good suggestions from Miss24K and Shadow! You should have some nice strong stems in no time!! You go girl!

Also, think about what you do for cardio. Some cardio helps build calf muscle too .... stairs, running/sprints, plyometrics (technically not cardio, but helps)

Well I used to have the sticks for calves with no development until I did the heavy weights on the seated calves. I would burn them out sooo bad that I could hadly walk. I did them slow and would hold them a second at the top and then back down slow. Within about 4 months there was a calf. Running has also helped developed them a bit more. I hate having the skinny girl syndrome. Ya know I am now literally ripping out of my clothes... It just taskes time and persistence. Don't give up!

Yeahhh well. I think muscle looks better the bones and skin. The Mary Kate look is definitely not for me.
