That's a Saki monkey, native to South America, totally edible. The natives would knock them out of the trees with curare blow darts.

... as for the dumb fucking bastards that keep them as pets -- assholes like that deserve to have their faces chewed off. I fucking hate people keeping wild things as pets. Either kill it and turn it into dinner or leave it the hell where it belongs.
