I used to Love the Simpsons, but now for some reason Im annoyed by them

Same here. My mistake was watching all 3 seasons of the Family Guy on DVD over the span of a month. I used to laugh my ass off at the Simpsons, now I can't help but think how much funnier TFG is.

Word. I used to be a huge Simpsons fan, but that show just doesn't compare to Family Guy. Now I know what it's like to be laughing out loud several times each episode, something the Simpsons hasn't done for me in a long time.

I agree, the new episodes suck and are very annoying. I think they changed writers...it's not that they don't have new ideas..it's just cheesy now like "I know how to make peanutt butter, give me some butter and peanutts". And Nelson hugging a tree...really stupid shit. And I get the feeling that Bart is going to end up being gay.
