I took a multi/vitamin C and this happened...

Hi guys,
I just bought a good quality multi-vitamin and some Vitamin C - 1000 mgs. Since taking this, my urine is always bright yellow. Is this normal. I drink plenty of water, so I know it has something to do with the multi. What do you think guys?

but vitamin B2 riboflavin that discolors urine

have you ever taken a wiss before?....lol j/k ..try drinking a gallon of water one day and see if it is still yellow.

Bro you can take in 3 gallons of water a day, your piss will still be that neon yellow color from the B2 as Anthrax said. It just lasts a short time though, if you really are drinking plenty of water. If you're not you'll be pissing neon for a while.
