It's sad actually. He's not really fat. Hopefully he can get corrective surgery. I can see how that would throw a guy into major insecurity and depression. I doubt it would change much even if he was at very low bf

This is pretty sad yes. A lot of people think that gyno is a state that only fat people get. Wrong completely. There is a whole nother form for this. Lesson to the wise, it is common in bodybuilders as well. Take a look. Before surgery pic on the left and after surgery pic on the right.
