With regard to the training forums, there were some women that joined in the first few months of the year that I wish were still here. They were really motivating. Furthermore, I wish some of the older female members that were serious about lifting would comeback (I read a lot of their old posts) and give advice to us newbies.
I came over to C&C late, so I don't know what is was like in the beginning of the year. I guess there is always a cycle.

I agree, right now this forum is in the era of some pretty good times.
Its funny. I had been coming here since early 2002 I think, and things were a little different then. I dont really remember some of the old timers that well though, ha. I remember HappyScrappy, Smallmovesal, Frackal, HI, 68GT350 or something like that, and some other folks.
I dont really remember personalities from back then that well, because I spent more time on the diet board than anywhere else, and when I was in C+C all I did was post about my girl problems, and I hardly read the other threads.
But now I've been reading the other threads, and finally getting to know some of these other folks and personalities, and this place is pretty much best forum on the net.
This forum is so good that its addicting and I think I may have to spend less time on here over the summer, obviously not due to focusing on schoolwork but rather because I'd like to have more of a life and spend more time with people who live near me!
So I havent been on here much this week. I've been abstaining in hopes that I find the ultimate social life.
