Everyone likes to talk about how the old school days were better, or how elite isn't what it used to be.. how we miss people who don't post anymore.

I think right now things are as good as they have ever been! I can log on anytime of day, anyday of the week and be sure to find 5+ homies actively posting. Lotsa GOOD people on the boards lately, a great mix and balance of personalities and different backgrounds.

I love you all like a family. I think we are all here for the same basic reasons and its awesome.

Everyone in all wlks of life talks about the "good times" "way back when". There is some truth to it, whether you're talking about school, childhood, EF... but it's ALWAYS rosier when looking back then what it ACTUALLY was. Not discount the "good times" people had, but it is true that you remember the good stuff to be better than the bad...

I agree, right now this forum is in the era of some pretty good times.

Its funny. I had been coming here since early 2002 I think, and things were a little different then. I dont really remember some of the old timers that well though, ha. I remember HappyScrappy, Smallmovesal, Frackal, HI, 68GT350 or something like that, and some other folks.

yea all good posters, along with ryanH, 2thick, steelbeast, fonz, and many others. its was a riot to see steelbeast and smallmovesal go at it. and even steelbeats and HS had it out some. those were some characters. i was new so it kind of helped shape my idea of the board. classic shit back then. good shit now days too though. i just look at it as all a good time.
