Man, there is no real trick, you're going to have to investigate, crap like following her, asking some friends, or say for instance you think she is cheating, she comes home from a "supposed cheating session" with me, right when she walks in the door, tell her you are hornier than Pee Wee Herman watching a Boy George video and its time to get it on, if she is reluctant and says something like "I need a shower baby" or something along those lines, say "I don't care how you smell down yonder", "lets do this like Brutus", if she gives you the go ahead, take a sniffy poo down in her crotch region, see if it has already been ravished and if there is some dried juice around those parts, things like that yo. peace

I hope this is not what's driving you to seek out men's message boards. But like dballer said, if you have a hunch, there's generally a reason for that. If your girl is lying there like a dead fish while you're working hard towards launching your ball butter into her, something is wrong. I would immediately call up the show "Cheaters" and get Tommy Grant on this one. He'll call up his boy Gomez on the cell and be like, "Talk to me Gomez" and Gomez will break it down for the both of you after he tails this dead fish for a while.

When you come home hit redial on your telephone and see who she called last. If she has a cell phone, look at her incoming and outgoing call logs. Look in her car and purse for receipts and notes.
When does this supposed cheating happen?? Does she explain where she has been.
Also are you close enuff to her friends to ask them "what's going on with her?"

But I'd say give this a try...Say you make plans with some of your boys and it's just guys night out...then leave your house and say your going out to get loaded and you won't be back for hours. Then leave and park down the street somewhere and wait to see what she does. If she leaves, follow her. If so dude goes to your house, go in and open his head up like a tuna can....or maybe nothing will happen and she'll just stay home and play with herself, but good luck man!!!

Don't let it upset you, i know it's hard. You don't think sh'es cheating, you KNOW she's cheating. If you're depressed about it and asking others for help, you know exactly what's going on. If you need closure, then try what others have outlined above as far as catching her and whatever. Personally i would either slowly cut off ties and emotion with her while trying to catch her, or just flat out leave her and tell her why.
Things to check:
1. Cell phone - Incoming calls, Outgoing calls
Note: She may erase these on a daily basis. HOWEVER, if she has "detailed billing" (usually $2-5/mo), when she gets her bill it will list every number that called her and every number she called, even ones that would normally turn up "unknown". If she doesnt have this option, go to her cell phone place, give her mobile # and name & say she sent you to get detailed billing.
2. Home phone calls, last call dialed, etc. Maybe you can get detailed billing for home also.
3. Physical clues - Just like Havoc said, look for those stains, cologne smells, etc.
Potential ways of catching her/Other options:
1. A voice activated phone recorder that records whenever your phone is picked up are available. They can be hidden out of site and connected to the cord so it is not visible. GREAT option and somewhat cheap.
2. Computer logging software - You can download free keystroke recorders and find out if she's using the computer for her affairs. Maybe emailing the guy. You could also just ask her for her PW and if she refuses, say "What do you have to hide". I'd rec. the recorder first, though.
3. The "boys night out" plan is great also. Say you're leaving and wait. This is probably the first big step.
4. Hire a Private investigator. Is your $100-600 worth the peace of mind? Thats up to you and your financial situation.
Bottom line, if you find out yes, dont dump her immediately. The urge will be strong but you can bilk her for everything you can at that point. "Can I borrow your credit card?", getting her to pay for things, etc. Eventually she'll get fed up and dump you, or you can milk it as long as you like and then get the fuck out!

Just straight up ask her, or tell her 'I know you've been cheating.' When she starts stammering and trying to come up with a retort of some kind, just interrupt and say calmly 'Get the fuck out.'

She will probably not admit it (unless she believes that you will forgive her), so short of catching her in the act, you will never get a real answer out of her.
Like a few guys said before, try to cut ALL ties with her. But first, get all of your crap from her place and make sure you guys are not tied together financially. Make sure it is a clean cut.
Do not speak to her for at least a couple weeks. See how she reacts. If she comes back begging then there may be hope. If she is stone silent then she is gone.

This may be impossible to do it but it is essential for your own sake. Investigate some more if you want to but do not go overboard. You cannot let an unfaithful girl get the best of you.

2. Don't ever take her back if she did cheat. Sometimes they cry, give sex, say they'll change, etc. Never fall for this. I took a girl back once and she ended up doing the same thing again later on. Once a cheat always a cheat.
3. Lack of sex desire is a good clue that she is cheating, but it could be due to other stuff too.
4. Save your pride and dump her if she cheated. Ignore her completely and don't make any kind of contact with her. Trust me, you'll be glad in the end, no matter how much it hurts you at the time.
5. Spying to catch a cheater is pure fun. It's a rush. I can write stories on things I've did before, but unfortunately I must leave work now.
