I think I've been doing too many low dosed cycles

I've done 3 cycles, ranging from 450mg-to 630mg a week for all 3. I've been growing, but I havent made any type of gains where my friends where like "where the fuck did you come from"....maybe thats a good thing.

Anyway, I've been playing the safe route, slowly up'ing the doses and taking my slow solid lean gains.

But hell I see first cycles on here with TEST/DBOL, that adds up to 710mg the first week. And don't even get me started on the 3rd cycles I see posted and endorsed by vets. We're easily talking 1g of gear a week + orals.

Maybe I should stop being so conservative, and finally hit my body with a healthy dose of gear? ...I can't decide meh.

ANywho, for my next cycle i think I'm going to go with
1-16 600mg EQ each week
1-8 50mg anavar each day
13-19 50mg winny each day

Should I get nasty and bump the eq to 800mg per week? Shit's cheap and I want to gain! Although I've never used more than 400mg of eq, so maybe the 600 is just fine.

first of all rider126 i hope you get hit by a car with these fucking spam posts of that stupid joke! second jones if your not seeing the results your looking for than that is a time to up your dosage if your diet and training is in line. if your getting enough protein and cals to build mass and your routine's are good and your still not growing at the rate you would like then look into running your cycles at higher dosages.

hey jones i dont think eq only will give you the results you seem to want. seems like you really want to see some gains and some serious size come on, well eq is not gonna do that for you from what i've read. i'm on it right now at 400mg week, and deca at 300mg, with a little test only 250mg.
i'm not looking for sick gains, just some quality lean mass. i only need to be about 10lbs heavier than when i ended my last cycle, so i have 20lbs to put on in the next 12weeks. i think i can get close, but i know it's a stretch. i might even up my test to 500. even so, right now this is like my 5th cycle, and i'm still not over a gram a week of gear.

if your looking for night and day differences in mass where everyone will notice then maybe your should do the classic mass cycle of deca/test/dbol....600/800/30...dbol 1st 4 weeks only...thats what i would do, but your projected cycle sounds like an ideal summer stack
 
Well, you know your own body. If you feel like you're not responding to the doses you've been running like you want to, then I guess it's time to increase them. That cycle you have drawn up is fairly mild. I wouldnt rely on a cycle like that to bulk on. That's the kind of cycle I'd use to cut with. Im also gonna be running an eq based cycle, but Im adding in tren, prop, dbol, and winny to help me bulk. And the only reason Im doing it that way is because Im still rehabbing and have to watch the water retention for a few weeks. Like the others said, if you really want to add size, then why not get away from the winny/var combos and start adding in stronger compounds?
 
A guy that I used to work with did drol and test and he got alot of "Oh my god" comments. Not really sure about the dosages though.
 
test 750 ew
dbol 50 ed
deca 400 ew

train hard and heavy. Bench, squat and deadlift. Eat more meat.

I personally guarantee the above.
