I think i love the elliptical!

I did it for the first time today, and it felt kind of weird since I wasn't used to the motion. But after I got used to it, it was awesome, and I sweat my ass off lol.

One thing though, I think I found my back was hurting a little while doing it, but once I got used to a certain posture, it seemed ok. I mean be back was hurting when i woke up, so I don't know...anyone else experience back pain when doing the elliptical?
 
nope, never had back pain from it. I to find this the ideal cardio for me with bad ankles and knees it is a lot easier on them
 
But when I got off of it, my legs were freekin tight as hell, like i just squatted or something!?

Can anyone explain proper form to me for the elliptical, like do you lean forward or backward, do you keep your torso steady or kind of bob side to side, ...?
 
I was told to never lean forward. The tightness in your legs mean you had a good workout. That's how I always feel, immediately when I get off, yet when I'm on, sometimes it feels as if I could go on forever.
