Hey
Star
It seems like if they want you they'll be fair about it but if they don't they might not be
Really they oughtta be able to demonstrate that you broke rules on purpose, before they have grounds to fire you.
It's too subjective otherwise.
But often pratically speaking when they have all the power and you have none there's not a lot you can do.
If they are unfair to you then long-term you're probably better off leaving...but if you did break rules then they would have a case against you. They still don't have to fire you though. They could see if you could come to an agreement on what was ok...to do at work...and sort out the porn ads thing...
I'm not saying you did break rules...how would I know for heaven's sake???
I don't understand people who are so mean as to say, when you are in distress, "your fault!!! I have no sympathy for you!!!"
It says A LOT MORE about them than you, people who respond that way...
Kinda shows though, that if your employers are like such people, you're probably outta there

- fair or not... but if so, like I said, I think you're best off elsewhere. Working with REAL human beings LOL.
love
