My rotator cuff it kind of made a pop noise last night when I was working rear delt but only on the one side. I was doing cable push downs for tris had the same pop but on the other side. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening. It was hurting bad last night not so bad this morning.
 
get a surgical elastic, tie it to a doorknob and do some rotator cuff excerises.

On off days you can also use the elasitcs to tie up men ;)

Its all about the continuous tension, especially when injured. You use weights after its healed.
