If the cop was really checking you out, he was waaaay out of line. My buddy is a cop and even tho he jokes about pulling wormen over just to meet them, doing so woulld violate all kinds of regulations...in addition to being a shitty & creepy thing to do.

At least you didn't get a ticket tho. Speaking as someone who's payed around $1200 in fines in the last 4 years, I'm telling you to be thankful.
