For the love of god I cant do it... I can bust my ass doing 10 reps
but the thought of doing another 10 just seems impossible with
or without the rest pause...
 
But isnt the idea to do 20 with what you can lift for 10... If
I lighten the weights doesnt it just become a 'pumping" exercise
 
Rush, you can do it, bro! Just lighten the weight a bit. Remember, the weight is relative! It doesn't matter if you squat 200lbs or 400lbs. As long as you are at your ABSOLUTE limit when you complete the last rep. 20 rep squats work when you're trying to lose bodyfat(Cutting) or when you're trying to add size(Bulking).
 
may not believe me but at my gym this guy who was doing speed training etc. bc he was a football player.....his trainer who is very good had him do squats till he couldnt go nemore.....he did 98...he then threw up for a while.....not sure how much weight it was but it was at least 150.....i know its unbelieveable but it was amazing....his legs are huge....and he runs a 4.3 40 yard dash...

LOL.....I don't puke, but......I actually get 'high' from doing high rep squats. Things spin.....light headed....nice buzz :D .
