better late then never...im limiting the fast food to the weekends and I did a whole 15 minutes of cardio this morning.. im on the fast track to shreddeness.
 
I've heard that it's good to put leeches all over your tummy let out some excess blood. Plus it looks kind of sexy.
 
Raina has issues. Thank God she is adorable or she would be behind bars already.


Good luck nj if you are serious. I have had trouble sticking with any cutting phase lately. I just want to cut down a bit, get back to health and just eat like a monster for a while and lift heavy.
 
Since it is summer and I don't have class, I am playing a lot more sports (basketball, surfing) and therefore don't have to run but once or twice a week to get my cardio in. I should be shredded like some Enron documents before too long.

I am serious, I also want to get back to eating somewhat healthy and living a healthy lifestyle...if you seen the amount of junkfood/fastfood I eat and plus the amount I drink.its horrible. I am lucky I have a fast metabolism and I only gained about 10 lbs during an entire winter/spring of eating whatever I want and drinking like a fish every weekend.
 
drink milk all day. makes you feel full w/o all the fast food bad shit. milk by itself is some good shit.

take thermorexin, leverox to curb your appetitie and improve metabolism.

eat tiny little meals throughout the day.

you'll lose weight like a motherfucka.
 
I find the more extreme you are...the better :D...although none of that stupid water and grapefruit or other stupid shit
I did crumcake for like 2-3 months...took out quite a bit of BF
Now I'm just on whey shakes and oats (I looovvveee carbs after depriving myself for so long), chicken breast, tuna, flax oil
