You ever notice that no matter how little sleep you got, how hung over you are, how sore you are, etc. There's always someone right there to outdo you?
* God, I'm sore, I did giant sets repping out with squats, then split squats, then walking lunges. Only waited 1 min between sets, no time between exercises. Killing me.
*Oh yeah? I did that and then did sprints with 200lb on a sled uphill and didn't wait between sets.
* Oh yeah? I did the Ironman first and then did what you guys did, but did 10 sets. Then I went back country skiing, hiked up with no snowshoes, and got 20 runs in. I was going up 10,000 ft vertical ,and the snow was 5" deep. Fresh powder.
