When people say.."A gram of test"..How much is that? 1000mg? or 10 cc's?

Depends on the type of test. A gram is 1000mg but it don't have to be 10cc. It all depends on the mg/ml. 100mg/ml-10cc=gram
250mg/ml-4cc=gram.
