Heres my story.

Ive always been fat. 5-9 190 ~20% bf. I finally got really dedicated learned a great deal about dieting and training and now I am 172 ~10% bf. I wanna bulk but everytime I start eating enough calories to bulk I begin to gain fat. I dont care if it takes me a lot longer to gain the lbm. I wanna stay skinny while doing it. Please help me design a diet that will allow me to put on lbm while staying lean.

p.s. Ill prawly being doing a winny/ox cycle in a couple of months.

if you eat clean while bulking, you'll put on mainly muscle with some fat and water, then you cut out dairy and bread and you'll lose the fat and keep muscle

How much cardio you doing? If you gain fat even while eating clean, perhaps you just need to add more cardio even when you are trying to bulk up...

grats on the bf% improvement...keep it up!

I think you should figure out how much calories you need
in order to gain 1-1.5 pound a week
start with a good number like 12 X your body weight
then decrease in calories if your gaining to much weight
like around 200 calories..

eat clean too....

something like that or something like something

yeah

read on what you can do naturally first.......JUICE IS NOT THE ANSWER TO ALL YOUR STINKING PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!

good luck, and have a nice day

exodus is being a little hard on you. But i agree with his point try to get your shit together nutritionally first, then start juice.

that said what you want to achieve can only be achieved when on juice gaining lbm while staying at a low bodyfat% is imposible. Still i woudln't advise using the juice just eat clean and get more then your maintance that way. You will gain fat but you cant build without a good foundation can you?

Ive been owrking out for a long time and tried plenty of things. I actually know a great deal about training and nutrition. I just thought maybe someone elses look on my situation might be different.
