i just checked my karma and they all are still grey....wus up wit dat? I thought it was fixed?

it says i have 33 positive points...but some are still grey, is it true that if its someone who has bad karma or not enough posts that you get grey cuz they may not know what they are talking about?

I think that anyone with under 100 karma points only can give gray karma.
