yeah Basedow works out at the gym i go to on the island. he's gotta weigh around 170 or so. he's a homo and his gf is strange looking. i think he does a full body workout every single day.
My only problem with him and the rest of the mainstream fitness industry is that they always basically say," Buy this video(or product) and look like ME!" Wrongo. Gotta be dissapointing when you buy the video and after months or working out like these guys and you still just don't look like them. The video goes in the garbage or on the shelf till next New Years resolution where all the sheep get sucked into buying that stuff again only to drop if fairly quickly. For me, I've been working out for a while now. I'm definately getting bigger, naturally, but getting all cut up is a real chore for me. I just don't gain weight or lose weight very fast. Some guys are just freakin' lucky and they can get single digit body fat farily simple, I hate you guys 
I do agree the the Basedow guy needs to work on the shoulder and traps to kinda lose that whole giraffe neck look 
Have no problem with him making money though because I'd do the damn same, lol! Except my commercial might just say," Hey fatties, just send me your money" Haha

Too many haters here. The guy trains hard, and turned himself in to a walking model, per se. He has the body that all women would love to touch. Girls don't like 210+ guys at 8% bf. They like guys in the 190lbs range at his bodyfat. He makes money off his hard work. So you don't like the way he advertises himself, so what, go make your own videos and see if you get nearly the same status as him.

I remember when frank sepe lost the freak look and went for the fitness look. All the juiceheads were critisizing him left and right. He smartened up and went for the look that brings him money and lots of it. The bodybuilding look is not marketable at all. The male fitness look is in if you want to make real money. Millionaire status.
