I know their are alot of people on here that feel the same way that i feel. I will educate myself on the use of steriod to obtain a nice body and diet and cardio to get leaner. I hate to look at myself now that im 230 lbs and feeling fat as hell. Im going to slim down to 200 lbs no matter what. Im looking at primo and winnny to start cycling. Im going 400mg every week on primo for 7 week and 50mg of winny for 6 weeks. I dont care what the cost is and how hard i have to work out ant diet and cardio. If their is some other people on this board that feel like i feel let me know. I hate feeling bad about the way i look if effect my whole mood. I tried to loose this without steriod and i feel like a have no energy at all. I lost 15 lbs once using fina and winny but dont want to use winny because it's to harsh. This is my fourth cycle and im already lifting hard as hell.

I'm kinda trying to lean up and bulk at the same time right now. I don't really watch what I eat so well so I just do HIIT cardio after my workouts. Has always worked before. Once that stops working I'll worry about carb timing and all of that fun stuff.

Primo for 7 weeks is a waist. 2004 bro wtf who was your mentor on ef before now. Who ever it was should kill himself.

post ur diet...that i guarentee is the problem...you can use all the steroids you want but once your off you will go back to being fat cause your diet isnt on point

try doing it properly, palumbo diet will do it for you.
 
I am loosing weight my diet isn't great by any means. I eat plenty of protien a baked potatoe some times. a steak other times a hamburger some times ( real beef) on wheat. I just try to keep everything I eat natural. Not processed and reasonably low in fat. I know hamburger meat has it's fat but it's fairly natural and I can avoid some of it. Lots of vegetables lately I have been craving broccoli and string pea's I think they are maybe string beans...long stringy looking things that we cook with a small amount of salt and margarine.

GRUB!!! Just finished my steak and potatoe (no margarine or toppings on the tater) I am using PP's cutting stack..That might have something to do with it..Squats 3 times a week for sure has something to do with it.

Yep, I agree. I tried low carb diet a few times but didn't know what I was doing. The Palumbo way is simple and it works. It got me in the best contest shape of my life recently- which isn't saying much objectively, but was a huge step forward for me!

Before I knew what I was doing with it I always felt like shit. But, this time around I had 6 consistent meals per day with as close to zero carbs as possible- that's a big key in feeling better. And, my training was brief and intense for weights and long duration low intensity for cardio. Like I say, worked great for me! I made some amazing progress. I went from 218 and a 36" waist to 190 with a 30.5 inch waist! Which, if you run the numbers works out to it being almost all fat loss.

Did you try long enough? These things take time and if you give it time and you will see results. You have to be patient and let it work for you.
 
if you are trying to get lean and stay that way you will have to fix your diet and cardio. if you are bulking then cutting to be lean for a short period of time i would fallow your plan or use some clen or ephedrine or something with some steroid like winny

im the oppositte...if i do cardio on an empty stomach i dont lose fat...if i drink a shake 30 min prior then do cardio i shed fat
 
You sound desperate, frustrated, and panicky.. I felt like that too when I was over weight and realized I let my life get out of control with my horrible habits. The Velocity Diet will work for you, if you can hack it. I would suggest running it for 6 weeks hard as opposed to the 4 weeks on 2 weeks off that Chris suggests. He does it 6 on 2 off.

Also get your rest in check. Your body doesn't repair, rebuild, shed water, or adapt until you are asleep. There are natural supplements for this that can help you - I bet you sleep with an eye open.

If you decide on the V-Diet let me know I have some alternatives that are cheaper to the products they suggest and are essentially the same if not better.

There is plenty of time for gear a year or three down the line when you're ready. If you don't have the dedication you won't amount to shit drugs or not. We aren't saying it for fun, we aren't saying it because we think you will make such amazing progress the opposite sex will flock to you in its entirety and leave us with nothing. We say it because it's the truth, we say it because we give a fuck about the people who come here and ask for help - we want long term members, with healthy hearts and minds. :heart:

I can relate..I was 41% BF in march...276lbs ...not good.....Being 45 makes it worse...I'm an old guy by the average age of this board...diet, training...we need a snapshot of your training log and food journal.

Gear,,,no lie...will help......... BUT it should be the icing on the cake..... get your training and diet in check....bro I'm still tweaking...I ask our brothers here all the time for help...if not on the public forum in PM...the bros here are great.....

I've increased ny cardio to daily, and am limited/low carbs during the week, and some carbs on the weekend.....only carbs I use during the day is Waximaize pre and post workout.
 
Carb cycling absolutely positively works if you do it. You can't expect to lean out though if you don't eat correctly. Diet is THE most important element even over gear. But, like an earlier post said, it won't happen overnight. You didn't gain it overnight did you? Patients and consistency is the key to anything bodybuilding related. There isn't just one thing, it's a whole bunch of little things coming together like a symphony. It starts with proper training, nutrition and recovery. Master them and you will get the results you seek.
 
I don't mind feeling fat in the colder months because I know I can diet it off in the spring. im an ex fat kid, but dieting has become so easy for me now. just a little dedication and a good plan is all it takes.
