Did heavy good mornings last night, not thinking that I had legs today.......what would you do:
A-Not squat.......do heavy leg presses and hacks instead
B- Squat, but go lighter with more reps..........
C -Attempt Zerchers and see how the back feels
D - Take today off and go in tomorrow (not an option....sorry.)
