I really f'd up this time

Did heavy good mornings last night, not thinking that I had legs today.......what would you do:

A-Not squat.......do heavy leg presses and hacks instead
B- Squat, but go lighter with more reps..........
C -Attempt Zerchers and see how the back feels
D - Take today off and go in tomorrow (not an option....sorry.)
 
ID go choice A...get a good leg WO in but stay away from the back, let it heal...then get right back at it next week. No use in injuring yourself
 
Try some front squats, light I might add. and this might be the only time I advocate the leg press machine, the hack squat machine is great for quads if you use lighter weight and put your feet lower on the platform
 
my opinion, dont care if you agree. never lift two days in a row ever . You have to recover and grow before you lift again. I bet you havent even gotten sore or recovered let alone grew from that workout.
 
You'll bet what? Bring your walletl......My split is 2 on 1 off...3 on 1 off....and I'm making solid gains....I know when I'm sore and I know when I'm not recovered...........my lower back is sore, but I refuse to neglect my legs because of the fact.....there are alternatives bro and not everyone needs a full day off between wos, esp. when it's upper body one day and lower the next.....
